A bill for the relief of Mary Lou Golightly.

Deems a named individual to have been afflicted with scleroderma before the expiration of her insured status, for purposes of determining eligibility for disability insurance benefits under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act. Provides for the payment of benefits to such individual by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
