Amends the Act establishing the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, California, to apply rental proceeds from a specified drydock or other vessels or heavy marine equipment to the maintenance of the National Maritime Museum.
Removes provisions which permitted the use of proceeds for public and private access systems to and within the recreation area and other units of the national park system in Marin and San Francisco Counties.
Deletes the expiration date for the authority to charge admission fees to the vessel Balclutha and permits the charging of admission fees to other historic vessels of the National Maritime Museum.
Deems admission fees collected earlier for admission to the Balclutha to have been collected in accordance with this Act.
