Directs the Secretary of Education to establish a grant program to assist local educational agencies to establish and operate teenage suicide prevention programs.
Sets forth grant application and program requirements.
Limits the amount of any such grant to no more than $100,000 in any fiscal year.
Authorizes appropriations for FY 1986 through 1988.
