A bill to authorize Federal financial assistance to the government of Rockland County, New York, for all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the Brinks robbery trial.

Authorizes reimbursement to the government of Rockland County, New York, for all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and trial of the criminal actions entitled "People of the State of New York v. Katherine Boudin, David Gilber, Judith Clark, Samuel Brown, and Donald Weems" and "People of the State of New York v. Katherine Boudin and Samuel Brown."

Authorizes appropriations.
