Canadian Softwood Import Control Act - Directs the Secretary of Commerce to impose a limit on the amount of certain Canadian softwood articles (provided for in the Tariff Schedules of the United States) that may be entered into the United States for a five year period. Sets forth a formula for determining the amount of Canadian softwood that may be entered into the United States for such period. Requires the Secretary to certify such determinations and any intra-annual adjustments to the Secretary of the Treasury.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to investigate the relationship between softwood imports and management of the National Forest System and report his findings and recommendations to specified congressional committees.
