A bill to direct the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to establish a national cemetery in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to: (1) establish a national cemetery in Knoxville, Tennessee; and (2) accept from the State of Tennessee a tract of land to be used to establish such cemetery.
