Requires the Secretary of the Interior to permit trapping in the Ozark National Scenic Riverways Area, Missouri, for five years, subject to specified restrictions.
Requires the Secretary to contract for a research and monitoring program to provide data on each species of animal and information on the income derived by persons trapping in such Area.
Requires the Secretary to submit such report to the Congress within three years.
