A bill to amend section 2401 of title 28, United States Code, to extend the time for presenting tort claims to persons under legal disability.

Amends the Judicial code to extend the time for presenting a tort claim against the United States to persons under a legal disability at the time the claim accrues. Allows such a person to present the claim to the appropriate Federal agency up to two years after the disability ceases, or January 1, 1987, whichever occurs later.
