A joint resolution affirming the legislative intent under the Social Security Act to provide for increases in old-age insurance benefits with due regard to increases in the cost of living.

Affirms the legislative intent that benefits under the old-age insurance program of title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act continue to be determined under a benefit formula which increases benefits with due regard to increases in the cost of living.
