A joint resolution condemning the passage of Resolution 3379, in the United Nations General Assembly on November 10, 1975, and urging the United States Ambassador and United States delegation to take all appropriate actions necessary to erase this shameful resolution from the record of the United Nations.

States that the Congress: (1) denounces any linkage between Zionism and racism; (2) considers the United Nations Resolution equating Zionism with racism to be inconsistent with the purposes and principles of the U.N.; (3) believes that the premise of such resolution is itself a form of bigotry; and (4) repudiates such resolution and calls upon other countries to do the same.
