National Dairy Policy Commission Act of 1985 - Establishes a National Commission on Dairy Policy to study and make recommendations concerning the future provisions of the dairy price-support program.
Requires the Commission to report to the President and the Congress by March 31, 1987. Terminates the Commission 30 days after submission of such report.
