Expresses the sense of the Congress to continue: (1) U.S. efforts to gain Soviet agreement to measures which will improve verification of the Threshold Test Ban Treaty and the Peaceful Nuclear Explosions Treaty; (2) to urge the Soviet Union to comply with the Threshold Test Ban Treaty; (3) U.S. programs which work for the improvement of worldwide verification of compliance with a nuclear test ban; and (4) U.S. nuclear testing programs while working for a verifiable nuclear test ban.
