A concurrent resolution requesting the President to conduct a study to determine the feasibility and desirability of raising funds, to be loaned for agricultural purposes, by exempting from Federal income tax interest paid on certain bonds and cash deposits.

Requests the President to direct the Secretaries of Agriculture and the Treasury to jointly: (1) conduct a study to determine the feasibility of raising agricultural loan funds through the issuance of tax-exempt bonds and exemption of interest paid on cash deposits from Federal income tax; and (2) report to the appropriate congressional committees by March 1, 1985.
