Urges the President to develop a plan for the expanded use of employee stock ownership plans in U.S. development efforts in Central America and the Caribbean.
Requests the President to call upon private sector leaders to create and finance without public funds the Presidential Task Force on Project Economic Justice to report on strategies for using employee stock ownership plans as a means of accelerating capital formation and expanding employee ownership and profit-sharing opportunities in Central America and the Caribbean. Directs the Task Force to report to the President and to the Congress no later than June 30, 1985.
