A concurrent resolution relative to rights of Ukrainian citizens.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President take immediate steps to: (1) call upon the Soviet Union to permit the resurrection of both the Ukrainian Orthodox and Catholic Churches in the Ukraine; (2) utilize contacts with Soviet officials to secure religious freedom in both churches; and (3) bring to the attention of all national religious councils the nature of this Stalinist crime and violation of basic human rights.
