A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to Americans who are missing in action in Southeast Asia.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the problem of Americans missing in Southeast Asia as a result of the Vietnam Conflict should be resolved as soon as possible, and that the President should: (1) take action to ensure the release of all Americans remaining in captivity in Southeast Asia; and (2) obtain from the Government of Vietnam, Laos, and Kampuchea a complete accounting of all Americans missing in Southeast Asia, including a returning of remains.
