A concurrent resolution authorizing use of the rotunda of the Capitol for a ceremony incident to placement of a bust of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the Capitol and authorizing printing of the transcript of proceedings of that ceremony.

Directs the Joint Committee on the Library to temporarily place a bust of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., in the rotunda of the Capitol.

Authorizes use of the rotunda, on an appropriate date in January 1986, for a ceremony dedicating the bust. Directs that such proceedings be printed as a House Document.
