Declares that the Congress supports the efforts of democratic forces in Chile to achieve a peaceful return to a democratic government and expresses its view that the National Accord for the Transition to Full Democracy in Chile and the dialogue between the Government of Chile and the signatories of the Accord are important steps toward reaching that goal.
