Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should: (1) continue to oppose the proposed modification of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Commission of the European Community to impose duties on soybeans and soybean products imported into countries of the Community; (2) take measures to protect U.S. trading interests if such modification is adopted; and (3) urge the Council of European Community Ministers to reject any proposal that would put a financial burden on U.S. agricultural producers.
