A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that application of the antitrust laws to certain practices of professional sports leagues should be clarified, and for other purposes.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) professional sports leagues and member clubs must follow policies that protect the interests of existing sports communities and promote league expansion; (2) the Supreme Court should resolve the Federal antitrust questions involved in the relocation of professional sports teams; and (3) Congress should consider legislation to protect the public interest in team relocation matters.
