Amends the Omnibus Committee Funding Resolution of 1984 to increase the authorized expenditures by the Select Committee on Indian Affairs. Requires all committees funded under such Act to report to the Senate by February 28, 1985. (Currently, such reporting date is July 1, 1984.)
