A resolution relating to a National Commission on Entitlement Reform.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that a National Commission on Entitlement Reform should be established to study the growth of entitlement programs and report to Congress after January 1, 1985, on steps to reform and curb such Federal spending.

Directs that such Commission be composed of Government and private sector members.
