Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the President and the Secretary of State should, in formulating U.S. foreign policy, recognize and take into account the genocide of the Armenian people and (2) the President should direct his representatives to communicate in international forums the U.S. abhorrence of any and all genocide, including the genocide of the Armenian people.
