Amends the Omnibus Committee Funding Resolution of 1983, as amended, to increase the amount of authorized expenditures of the Select Committee on Indian Affairs and to extend the date (from January 2, 1984, until February 29, 1984) through which the Committee may make such expenditures. Increases the aggregate authorization for committees of the Senate.
