A resolution providing for an investigation and report by a standing or select Senate Committee regarding Department of the Interior coal leasing activities.

Provides for an investigation of the coal leasing program of the Department of the Interior by a standing or select committee of the Senate. Authorizes the establishment of a select committee for such purpose if Senate leaders determine it necessary.
