Directs the Senate Legal Counsel to represent a named Senate employee, in connection with testimony and the production of documents in the case of Charles M. Bernardo, et al v. Spectrum Newspapers, Inc., et al. Authorizes such employee to testify and produce documents in such case, except concerning matters determined privileged from disclosure.
