Constitutional Amendment - Limits the terms of office for President and Vice President to six years. Precludes eligibility for the Presidency if a person: (1) has been previously elected President; or (2) previously held the office or acted as President for more than three years of a term to which another was elected.
Precludes eligibility for election to the Senate more than twice. Prohibits the election of a person to the Senate more than once if such person previously held the office of Senator for more than three years of the term to which another was elected.
Precludes eligibility for election to the House of Representatives more than six times.
