A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States with respect to the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Constitutional Amendment - Confers upon the Supreme Court appellate jurisdiction over all cases arising under the Constitution.

Authorizes the Court to prescribe exceptions and regulations for all such cases.
