Reaffirms the U.S. commitment to the furnishing of population assistance.
Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) U.S. policy toward furnishing such assistance should continue; and (2) the President should not deny funds to any multilateral institution or nongovernmental or private and voluntary organization because of their participation in family planning activities that are financed with funds from non-Federal sources as long as those activities are in accordance with U.S. laws.
