A concurrent resolution calling on the President of the United States to propose a permanent fixed site or sites for the Olympic Games.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) the President should develop and submit to the International Olympic Committee a proposal that the Olympic games be held at a permanent fixed site; and (2) such proposal is being recommended on the basis of compliance to specified conditions by the host nation.
