Expresses the sense of the Congress that the United States should: (1) pursue with the Soviet Union the resolution of concerns over compliance with strategic and other arms control agreements through the Standing Consultative Commission and other diplomatic channels; and (2) continue its commitments under such agreements as long as the Soviet Union continues to observe such agreements, or until a new agreement is concluded.
Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should consider the impact of any changes to his policy regarding such agreements on the long-term security interests of the United States and its allies.
