Amends the Contract Work Hours Standards Act and the Walsh-Healey Act to remove references to standard eight-hour workdays.
Amends the Social Security Act to revise the eligibility determination under the Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program for divorced spouses to take into account child care years.
