GI Bill Benefits Increase Act of 1983 - Title I: GI Bill Rate Increases - Increases the rates for veterans' educational assistance.
Title II: Rehabilitation Subsistence Allowance Rate Increases - Increases the rates for veterans' vocational rehabilitation.
Title III: Effective Date - Sets forth the effective date for this Act.
