A bill to establish objective criteria and procedures for closing and consolidating weather stations.

Directs the Secretary of Commerce to provide at least 90 days notice to affected persons of any intention to close or consolidate any weather service office.

Sets forth the factors the Secretary must consider in making such a determination, including the effect of such closing or consolidation on the community and the employees of the National Weather Service.

Directs the Secretary to submit any such determination to Congress. Makes a determination final unless within 90 days Congress adopts a resolution of disapproval.
