Department of Justice National Violent Crime Program Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1984 - Establishes the National Violent Crime Program for the detection, investigation, apprehension, prosecution, and incarceration of individuals involved in violent crime activity and drug trafficking.
Authorizes appropriations for construction and remodeling of correctional facilities, the Office of Justice Assistance, and other prevention and law enforcement activities.
