A bill to direct the Secretary of the Interior to construct, between Spout Run Parkway and the approaches to the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge, additional lanes on the George Washington Memorial Parkway, Virginia, for the purpose of alleviating traffic congestion and improving safety.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to construct two additional lanes, to alleviate traffic congestion and improve safety, on the George Washington Memorial Parkway, Virginia, between the intersection of Spout Run Parkway and its approaches to the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge.

Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years beginning with FY 1984.
