A bill for the relief of Elinor Dean Jones.

Confers jurisdiction upon the United States Claims Court, notwithstanding any time limitations, to hear, determine, and render judgment on any claim by a named individual against the United States arising out of an automobile collision resulting from the alleged negligence of a Federal employee.
