Commission on High Technology and Employment Potential Act of 1983 - Establishes the Commission on High Technology and Employment Potential.
Sets forth provisions for the membership of the Commission.
Requires the Commission to study the means of implementing a comprehensive national policy on training and educating employees in traditional manufacturing industries to meet the labor demands in the growth of high technology industries.
Directs the Commission to make a final report to the President and the Congress within one year after the enactment of this Act on its study and its recommendations.
Terminates the Commission 60 days after the submission of its final report.
Sets forth provisions for the Commission's powers, administration, and compensation of members.
Authorizes appropriations.
