Irish Wilderness Act of 1983 - Designates the Irish Wilderness in the Mark Twain National Forest in Missouri as a component of the National Wilderness Preservation System.
Repeals the prohibition under the 1984 Department of Interior Appropriation Act on the issuance of prospecting permits within the boundaries of the Irish Wilderness as proposed on the December 1981 map of such lands.
