Special Security Cooperation Act of 1983 - Authorizes additional appropriations for loan guaranties under the Arms Export Control Act for FY 1983.
Authorizes additional appropriations for FY 1983 for: (1) military assistance; (2) the Economic Support Fund; and (3) the International Atomic Energy Agency.
