Amends the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act to establish within the Department an Office of Housing for the Elderly. Lists the responsibilities of the Office which include coordinating housing programs for the elderly and representing the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development on matters concerning housing for the elderly.
Requires the Secretary to: (1) submit to Congress an annual report on housing for the elderly; and (2) establish an Advisory Committee on Housing for the Elderly.
