Designates a specified building in the District of Columbia as the Old Post Office Building. Designates such building, its adjoining plaza and adjacent grounds, as the Nancy Hanks Center.
Directs the Administrator of General Services to erect appropriate markers at such Center to commemorate the accomplishments of Nancy Hanks. Authorizes expenditures from a specified fund for such purposes.
Directs the Administrator to execute an agreement with the Secretary of the Interior for the operation of the clock observation tower by the National Park Service. Provides for the transfer of specified funds from the Old Post Office Building to the National Park Service to cover such operating costs.
