Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey all Federal right, title, and interest in certain tracts of land known as the Show Low City Park to the city of Show Low, Arizona.
States that title shall revert to the United States if the city: (1) attempts to convey any part of such property to any other party; or (2) permits any part of such property to be used for any purpose incompatible with public open space, park and recreational purposes.
