Amends the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act to increase the acreage of the following preserves in Alaska (thereby easing restrictions on hunting on certain lands): (1) the Lake Clark National Preserve; (2) the Wrangell-Saint Elias National Preserve; (3) the Denali National Preserve; and (4) the Aniakchak National Preserve.
