Amends titles II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) and XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to require that the annual report by the Board of Trustees of the Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance Trust Fund, the Federal Disability Insurance Trust Fund, and the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund on the status and operation of such funds include an actuarial opinion by the Chief Actuary of the Social Security Administration with respect to the methodologies and assumptions used in preparing such report.
