A bill to require that Presidential primaries or caucuses be held only during the period beginning on the second Tuesday in March and ending on the second Tuesday in June of the year of the Presidential election.

Provides that presidential primaries shall be held only during specified months in the year of the presidential election.

Directs the Attorney General of the United States to seek compliance with this Act in Federal district court.
