Bisti Badlands Wilderness Act - Designates certain lands in San Juan County, New Mexico, as the Bisti Badlands Wilderness.
Provides that the De-na-zin area in San Juan County, New Mexico, shall be subject to review and designation as a wilderness study area until March 1, 1985.
