Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to provide that articles of apparel, except suits, pajamas and other nightwear, playsuits, washsuits, judo, karate and other martial arts uniforms, swimwear, and infants' sets up to and including 24 months of age, are to be separately classified even if two or more such articles are imported together and designed to be sold at retail.
