Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to: (1) permit the installation and operation of facilities or other activities for the control of the lamprey eel in the Pere Marquette Wild and Scenic River in Michigan; and (2) designate a specified portion of the Au Sable River, Michigan, as a component of the national wild and scenic rivers system.
