A bill to impose quotas on the importation of certain copper articles during calendar years 1984, 1985, and 1986 at not more than three hundred thousand metric tons per year.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to impose a limit on the amount of certain copper articles provided for in the Tariff Schedules of the United States that may be entered into the United States during 1984, 1985, and 1986 or any intra-annual period therein. Sets forth a formula for determining the amount of copper that may be entered into the United States for such years.
